Commissioning the Artist (Lynnear) will indicate acceptance by you of all the following Terms of Service.General Info
✦ The right to refuse a commission request is reserved
✦ All price on this site is for personal use
✦ The price for commercial work such as books cover, MV illustrations, and Vtubing will be subject to 50% increase of the total price
✦ Client who represents an organization, or company contact me directly as the pricing works differently
✦ Deadline can only be set for commercial use commissions
✦ 20% rush fee will be applied for a deadline less than 2 weeks.
✦ The right to post and display a watermark version of the artwork as portfolio belongs to the artist.
✦ A nondisclosure agreement (NDA) can be requested by the Client. NDA will incur additional fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to the start of Work.
✦ Delivery of complete work is submitted through an online download location for a finite period of time. The Client is obliged to download and store a copy of the delivered work before the download location expires.
✦ Client is obligated to respond to the Artist in a timely fashion. The Artist will not be held responsible for late delivery due to the Client’s negligence of communication. The absence of communication longer than 2 weeks will be considered as cancellation with no refund.
✦ Client may ask for work-in-progress updates at any given time. Otherwise, queue progress can also be checked here.Copyright and Usage Policy
✦ AI Art Generator/NFT usage is not allowed in any case.
✦ Editing, tracing, distributing, modifying, making merchandise, or claiming/crediting the commissioned artwork as their own without paying commercial fees is strictly prohibited. Some of these rights are purchasable through commercial use fee so please ask
✦Credit Lynnear or @_Lynnear for the artwork accordingly.

▏ Work

✦ The whole period is within 3 months after the work commences (waiting time excluded)
✦ Any major revisions will come with an extra charge.
✦ 3 minor revisions are allowed in each process. An additional fee will be applied after this limit.
✦ Revisions due to the Artist’s negligence are free of charge.
✦ Regular updates and revisions are done via twitter, discord, or e-mail.

▏Payment

✦ Currency: All prices are expressed in US Dollar (USD). It is the Artist’s responsibility to ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.
✦ Final Price and payment details will be confirmed after the draft is confirmed. Do not send any payment beforehand
✦ All payments will be made in full via Stripe/PayPal in USD, or Kasikorn Bank in THB, unless agreed otherwise.
✦ Partial deposit of 50% can be accepted if the total price exceeds 150 USD. The rest must be paid before the work delivery
✦ The payment must be made within 3 days after receiving the price quote✦ The work will start only when the payment is received.Refund Policy
✦ Refunds are not possible once the work has commenced
✦ However, In the case that the artist must cancel the commission, the client will be given a full refund.

▏File size

✦ Display size of the Commission is set at a default maximum resolution of 1754 x 2480 px – 300 dpi (RGB color mode).
✦ Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG / .MP4 format
✦ Please let the artist know before the work commences if a specific size is needed

✦ Other requests: File size/ Specific condition / Watermark / Additional requests❊ The above form does not need to be completely filled in case you want to give me the artistic freedom to design them

▏Sample

This type of commission captures the mood of the scenario or place through sketchy style art. A single gradient will be applied, however, textures can also be added if seen fit.▸ The price starts at 300 USD. The client can have one bust shot of a character or a small full body.+ 60-100 USD for an extra character
+ 20-60 USD for complex details in a character
+ 20-160 USD for detailed background/props/animal/layout design+ 60-100 USD if you want me to design the place from an abstract concept
